A: No it's not interchangeable. I'm also Left Handed and I don't have an issue. These Sling bags with the ability to locate and open the camera compartment with access from the top while on your stomach would put the opening facing down. I've gotten used to the right shoulder configuration and love the fact I can retrieve and store my camera without taking the bag off. Excellent bag. Be sure to get the right size for your gear.

A: Yes and No. Without a battery grip attached, my 5Ds with 24-70 f4 and hood will fit in lower compartment. The 24-105 is 25mm longer and would not fit with hood. You would have to reverse the hood every time before stowing. The 70-200 f2.8 fits in the upper compartment with hood reversed, no room with body attached though. Still room for filters and extender. Hence the yes and No.

A: I just returned from Europe with the 250 and it was comfortable with a mirrorless kit. It would be a tight squeeze to carry a full frame DSLR with a pro lens mounted. Lowepro says the 150 will accommodate a mirrorless body and the 250 a compact DSLR. I believe that's accurate.

A: I am unsure what a bmpcc is but since I own this I would recommend something else with 2 handles with it for better support.I am in good health & over 200 lbs , & very active but when trying to minimizing shake it becomes very difficult very fast & the longer you go the worst it gets.
