A: Yes it fits, however it doesn't sit perfectly flat in the case because of the bumps the gimbal guard add to the bottom of the P4 legs. It is VERY minor and over time those bumps should sink into the foam. I love the case other than that.

A: No, the HPRC 2400 Hard Case for Sony FX3 Cinema Line is laser cut specifically to fit the uncaged body of the Sony FX3, as shown in the third image. However you may be able to modify it on your own so that it will be able to fit the FX3 while it is in a cage.
