A: The outputs would be looped-out signals from the input, which supports only one NDI stream. A different NDI stream from the input is not possible.

A: Yes, an NDI workflow is compatiable with X-Split and OBS. The transmitter does need to be on the same network, it's integral to how NDI functions.
