Q: 1. will this work with newest ipad pro 12.9 ?

A: No, it will not. The new iPad Pro is actually 12.04 tall. It's that smidgen over that prevents me from being able to secure it from 4 sides on the prompter. I called iKan before buying and they said it would fit. It doesn't. Still, I use it secured on 2 sides and I know I can't do any cameras moves with it.

Q: 2. Does anyone experience ghosting with this prompter? I see one review identifies ghosting as a real problem but no one else has commented on it. Have you seen ghosting when using it?

A: Ghosting can occur with this prompter as the glass does not have an anti-reflection coating on the back of the glass. However, this can be avoiding by simply covering the camera and the back of the glass together under a black fabric, such as duvetyne, and this keep from ghosting happening on the cameras side of the glass.

Q: 3. Does this have any color cast to it? I've used a different brand and it adds a warm cast to camera (which makes it not match the other cameras).

A: We are not aware of any color cast that this product gives off.

As of August 2022, the current M1-based model of iPad Pro is 11.04 x 8.46" (28 x 21.5cm). As such, it will fit in the ikan Elite Pro Universal Large Tablet Teleprompter. The largest iPad Pros ever made were the first and second generation models which were 12 x 8.68" (30.6 x 22.1cm), and those will fit, too.

A: I do apologize for the inconvenience. The PT-ELITE-PRO2 can accept tablets that have a minimal size of 9" x 6" to a max size of 13" x 9". The Ipad Pro 10.5" dimensions are 9.8" x 6.8". You can use your Ipad Pro 10.5" with the teleprompter.
