The MAKdot S 1x20 Red Dot Sight is a rugged, compact optic with a 2 MOA dot for confident targeting and 85% light transmission for a bright, clear image. Its 6063 aluminum "monoblock" enclosed housing is waterproof and nitrogen-filled to prevent internal fogging. The dot reticle can be adjusted for elevation or windage at 0.15 MRAD per click. Powered by a single AAA battery, the MAKdot S offers eight daylight and four night-vision brightness levels. An included mini Picatinny rail can be attached to the side of the MAKdot to allow mounting of accessories, such as a weaponlight or an IR illuminator. The sight comes with a quick release riser mount for Picatinny rails.

A: This hood does not have front threads and attaching a filter to the end of a lens hood is generally not recommended as you run the risk of any blemishes on either side of the filter coming or approaching being in focus.

A: This hood on the Sony FE24 - 70 mm. F4.0 ZA and a full frame camera will not vignette. We would however, like to suggest considering the following as a more useful hood. Dot Line Tele-Wide 67mm Lens Hood B&H # DODL92967. You will have to adjust the hood at different focal lengths. This we find more useful at 70mm than the wide angle hood. And don't forget the Sony ALC-SH130 Lens Hood B&H # SOALCSH130 which has that OEM look and practability.

A: Yes, the Dot Line Manual Extension Tube Set will work on Nikon F mount autofocus cameras, however using these tubes will be manual focus only.

A: this hood is collapsible and you shouldn't have vignetting at all

A: Yes. You should not get vignetting on an effective focal length of 20mm.
