Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does a Canon EFS 55-250 is lens fit this pouch?

A: this snoot boot is way to big for this lens.

Q: 2. Would you recommend this size for a Nikon 300mm f/4 PF with hood attached?

A: Measure the length and width of the lens & hood and then check the specs on the bag.

Q: 3. Is the Wide Body (Medium) Snoot Boot the best size for a Canon 16-35mm f4L lens? Thanks.

A: I have the 16-35 mm f2.8L lens. This pouch fits it with the hood attached (perfect length). Keep in mind that the hood is very wide compared to adapter end of the lens. Don't expect a snug fit along the body of the lens. Once you pull the cord close, the lens stays in the pouch well. I believe the length of your lens and mine are the same. The filter on your is 77 mm vs 82 mm for mine. So I think your hood is close to mine. I think this pouch would fit your lens.

Q: 4. How much weight will these handle? I'm thinking of attaching these to my backpack straps and using uni-loops on my tripod. The tripod weighs 5.9 lbs without the head.

A: Although the manufacturer does not list a load capacity for these strap connectors, they are very durable.

Q: 5. Will it fit a Sigma 150-500 with the tripod mount attached?

A: Yes, the Sigma 150-500 will fit in the Op/Tech USA Snoot Boot Wide Body XXL with the tripod collar attached.

Q: 6. I'm looking for Op Tech connectors for my Nikon D4s, which connectors are stong enough to hold a D4s with a 24-70 2.8 lens?

A: Yes, the straps are strong enough for the 24-70 lens and more. I use them as safety straps on my 400 and 600 4.0.

Q: 7. AF Nikkor 80-200mm 1:2.8D Do I need a op/tech snoot boot large or extra-large? Wide body?

A: You can use the large size Snoot Boot for the Nikon 80-200mm f/2.8 lens.

Q: 8. What is the overall length when the two parts are clipped together?

A: 7 inches.

Q: 9. Will this fit the Canon RF 70-200mm F2.8L IS USM? If not, what would you recommend?

A: No, the OP/TECH USA Snoot Boot Wide Body (XL) will not fit the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens. However, the LensCoat LensPouch (Extra-Large Wide, Black), B&H #LELCLPXLWB will accommodate the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens.

Q: 10. What size Snoot Boot would you recommend for the Nikon AF Zoom-NIKKOR 80-200mm f/2.8D ED Lens with the Nikon HB-7 Hood attached in reverse?

A: I bought the Snoot Boot Wide Body XL and it fits my Nikon 70-/200mm f2.8E(new version) perfectly. I think it would fit the older version also as the only size difference is the older version is an inch longer.
