Q: 3. Will this work on an M10?

A: The Leica Correction Lens II (-1.5 Diopter), B&H # LECLM15DPT, is listed as the correct -1.5 diopter for use with the Leica M10 Digital Rangefinder Camera.

Q: 4. Can I use this device as a splitter to make a backup recording on a Zoom H6 for example?I mean, I have a shotgun mic. I split the signal in two, put it in two inputs of the recorder... I don't want to use a Y because I could lose a lot of gain on the two outputs. Or do you have other devices that can do this? Or a good mixer (I mean affordable 300-500) to to team with the H6 that can do this? I plan to use it with a Shotgun AND a Lavalier. So 2x2 outputs. Thanks! ;)

A: This device is designed for line level signals only. Splitting a microphone signal is never a good practice as there will be signal loss and added noise. A mixer, not a splitter is the way to go. The Mackie Mix8 (B&H # MAMIX8) is an 8-channel compact mixer that features high quality components, a rugged metal chassis, and is designed for a variety of sound reinforcement applications. The mixer features two mic/line inputs with 48V phantom power, two stereo 1/4 line inputs, and stereo 1/4 aux send and return. It is capable of accommodating dynamic and condenser microphones, keyboards, DJ setups, portable music players, and more. Each of the two mic/line inputs is equipped with XLR and 1/4 connectors, a dedicated 3-band EQ, aux send, pan, level control and an LED overload indicator. The two stereo 1/4 line inputs each feature an aux send, 3-band EQ, level control, balance control and also have an LED overload indicator. a href= http://bhpho.to/1sLQeDj target= _blank http://bhpho.to/1sLQeDj/a

Q: 5. Can filters be applied to front of lens, I don't see threads in photos.

A: No, they cannot. The TTArtisan 21mm f/1.5 for Sony E-mount does not have front filter threads.

Q: 6. Is the TTArtisan 21mm f/1.5 a full frame lens?

A: Yes. The TTArtisan 21mm f/1.5 Lens for Leica M is a full frame lens.

Q: 7. Should you take into account the -0.5 of the viewfinder for a total correction or should you buy a diopter with your prescription and leave the -0.5 after the correction?

A: The built-in -0.5 correction should be taken into account when choosing a diopter correction for distance viewing. The chosen diopter value should be short by 0.5 if a minus value is indicated by the prescription, or higher by 0.5 if a plus value is indicated. So your first part of the question in your assumption is correct!

Q: 8. does this have electrical contacts to allow manual focus assist on R5 ?

A: No, there are no electronics on the mount of the TTArtisan 21mm f/1.5 Lens for Canon RF that communicate with the camera to allow the focus assist.

A: Yes, the Leica Correction Lens M (+1.5 Diopter) does work on the Leica MP.
