Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this meter be calibrated?

A: No

Q: 2. What type of sync cable should I buy to connect it to Vello Captain receiver?Thank you.

A: A standard PC synch cable.

Q: 3. Specs are not listed here. What items are in the box? Charging cord? Rechargeable batteries?

A: This item is just an extra receiver for an existing Williams Sound Digi-Wave 400 Series system. It has a built-in rechargeable battery and would be compatible with the Williams Sound CHG 412 charging dock.

Q: 4. Is the lens-mount a standard T2, usable with any T-mount lens?

A: The Leica Digi-Adapter T2 for M Series Cameras is a standard T2 adapter designed to connect a Leica M-mount to any binocular, telescope, microscope, or lens that uses standard T-mount threads.

Q: 5. Does this adapter also work with the televid 77 spotting scope?

A: This product is merely a "T2" ring that allows you to connect a Leica M-series bayonet mount to a third-party lens with standard T2 thread or some sort of photographic accessory allowing you to attach the lens or accessory to a Leica M camera body. It does not mount to a Leica Televid. Years ago, Leica made an accessory, part # 42301 - SLR Photo Adapter for Leica Televid 77 / 62 that had T2 screw thread at the basal end (allowing mount of any camera body through use of T2 adapter). It replaced the eyepiece and converted the scope to an 800 mm, manual focus, fixed aperture telephoto lens. However these accessories were discontinued when these scopes were discontinued and replaced over a decade ago, so they are generally only found in the used market place. To mount an modern M with "live view" to an old Televid 77 you would need to find the 42301 somewhere AND use this T2 ring between the adapter and the camera body.

Q: 6. Would this fit a Flowtech100 and Oconnor 1030B head?

A: The interior of this bag is exactly the same as the tripod and head 34.6". Therefore I feel it is too small. Therefore, I think a 39" bag is better for in an out. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/655985-REG/Manfrotto_MBAG100PN_MBAG100PN_Padded_Tripod_Bag.html

Q: 7. What is the CRI for this Lighthouse?

A: As per the manufacturer, this product has a CRI rating of 90+ with a color temperature of 5600 Kelvin.

Q: 8. does this have spot metering ability and if so is it 1 degree?

A: The KFM-1100 can accept a 5 degree spotfinder, B&H # KEKFM100 , http://bhpho.to/18Gjvp0.

Q: 9. Will this case hold a Vinten Vision 100 tripod head with Vinten 2 stage legs? The legs and head are 34.5 inches long, but the head with arms are 9-inches wide. The head front/back is 7-inches. Does the bag flex some? I notice that the top of the bag collapses when it is zipped? What is the height when zipped?

A: It would be best to use the Vinten bag designed for that tripod and head https://bhpho.to/2NwubRx.

Q: 10. Without the 5 degree spot meter attachment, that costs over $100, what is the angle of measure for reflected light? Is it 40 degrees like the Sekonic L308?

A: The KFM-1100 meter unit is an incident-light reading meter. To use for reflected readings, one of/or two additional attachments need to be purchased: KFM-400 attachment which gives a 40degree angle, or a spotfinder attachment which gives 5 degrees (refer to page 10 of instruction manual)
