The Tiffen 5 x 5" #56 Light Green Filter is a general contrast filter, primarily for use with black and white film. This light green filter helps to lighten foliage and other green subject matter within the image while darkening red tones.

Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 10,000th of an inch. It measures 5 x 5" / 127 x 127mm.

A: This unit fits on a 1.57" or 40mm bezel but it is a difference of 2mm compared to 1.47", it should fit.

A: The Nitecore Blue Filter for 34mm Flashlight is made for 34mm bezels. It is too small to fit onto one that is 35mm.

Q: 7. how long is the power cord?

A: The manufacture does not list that specification. It is a special order and we do not have one to check. The usual power cords are 10-15 feet long.

A: Fabric grids are specific to a unit. I do not recommend using grids not designed for the unit.

Looked high and low for this. Ended up working great. I needed a hunting light but didn't want to drop another $170 on a light I'd only use 1 or 2 times a year. This was a perfect fit for my Streamlight 1000 lumen Rifle mount. PERFECT!! 5

Its a filter. Does it filter and make your flashlight cast red light? It sure does. This is a replacement for another one that was lost. So they can fall off your light. Use some tape to keep it in place if the light is going to be going into and out of a pocket or bag. 5

This filter will heat up a lot when used with your flashlight, since it is absorbing all wavelength except for red! The brighter your flashlight, the more it will heat up. It is very good for maintaining your night vision at night though. 5

Nitecore filter is made of glass, not plastic. I bought all three red, green and blue in preparation for my hunting trip. A simple try at home shows vivid colors with good light transition. 5

So far everything is as described. The filter fits my nitecore, with no problem. I do see the need to tie down the filter so I wont lose it on those long hog hunting nights. 5

My application was to convert an Xtreme Bright Pro Series X55 headlamp to night use (amateur astronomy). It was a tight fit but there was enough give in the rubber cylinder to get it deployed over the existing clear lens. Waiting for warmer weather before I use it for intended application. 5

This filter will fit armytek predator lights perfectly. The filter is glass and has a good tint even at 900 lumens. I'm happy with it. 5
