A: Honestly, I found this item to be a royal pain in the neck and I returned it. I found it much easier to just use some clamps on the bottom edge of the paper. Even when I was able to get the paper in the counter weight, it would buckle and wrinkle. I haven't found any other product that did the job.

A: Unsure of the manufacturing process, but it does seem and feel as if it was 3D printed.

A: Never used it on Vinyl, but we have vinyl background so I know that it would work fine. We have 4 of them and they are great for the paper rolls.
