I have been very happy with this gimbal head. It is heavy duty, has a high quality feel and is extremely smooth. I use it on my Equinox Leo CF tripod, mainly with my Nikon D850 with my Sigma 150-600mm lens and could not be more pleased.

I just bought a second one. I shoot mostly birds with a 150-600mm lens. I use a monopod. This gimball head is a huge improvement over the ball heads I was using. It balances well and has no problem with the heavy lens. I get much better flying shots.

Just purchased, used once so far to photograph eagles and other birds. Worked very nicely. Solid and well made. I don't really know why anyone needs to pay hundreds for a gimbal head - this one is great and for a great price.

I had to return the first one as had a flaw ( no problem getting a return, super fast shipping on rma and courteous customer service) when I got the second one I was very pleasantly surprised at heavy duty construction and how well it worked.. ( for my tamron 150-600 I also ad to order extended plate) was very easy to get balanced and while it is not near as smooth as expensive bearing models I find it is more than adquate to get me fantastic photos and I do not hav to worry about high cost of gimbal if something happens to it...I would buy again without hesitation.

I have wanted a gimbal head for a long time but could never quite afford the hi-end heads. I am happy to say this very affordable head is worth the wait. It works smoothly. Something that helps to film birds in flight.

I wanted to give a gimbal head a try with my 300mm f2.8 but really didn’t want to spend $500 . After reading positive reviews on this head I figured I would give it a shot however I was nervous since the product picture shows a huge crack! Upon receiving it I was first impressed with the packaging. Installed it on my tripod and put my lens and D850 on it and was impressed at how easy it was to set up. I took it out to photograph some wildlife and I’m hooked! A gimbal is the only way to go! I’m sure the more expensive ones are likely better however this one for now is doing everything I need and didn’t break the bank. I suggest giving it a try!

This a perfect match to a long telephoto lens and camera body and makes them easy to securely pan and tilt.

I'm just getting into using the Gimbal Head. The reasonable price of this one allows me to do just that. This one operates smoothly and it holds its position well. I can't say anything negative about this at this point.
