A: Yes it will. This products comes with a Sony FS7 Rear Insert Plate, which allows the FS7 to properly sit on the rig. If you remove that plate, it is a Universal VCT Baseplate system that can be used with a variety of cameras.

Q: 9. Is anyone having poblems with it clicking properly into VCT14? I have to remove the shoulder pad for it to click into place securely and even then mostly it doesnt click into the rear screw. I bought a new VCT14 thinking that was the issue but I still have the same problem

A: I feel like I had a similar issue when I first got the base plate, but maybe over time it's been able to fit better into the quick release plate. In the beginning I might've press down on the camera to help secure it. I probably still make sure that it's clicking in the place of the rear lock.
