Q: 1. What is the difference between this and the HD version (B&H # RYPRSM)?

A: Couple of differences between the standard & HD versions. Firstly the Lyre on the HD are slightly stiffer, and therefore can support recorders of a heavier weight (over 300g or 0.66lbs). Also the adjustment on the tilt of the HD uses a knob, rather than just a screw on the standard - which gives a tad more grip needed for heavier recorders. Hope that helps.

Q: 2. Will this cable connect with the zoom ft-bt? Are there shorter alternatives?

A: This will work. Shorter options would be: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1242233-REG/remote_audio_casensk100g3xl_3_pin_xlr_female_to.html/specs https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1296501-REG/cable_techniques_ct_sg3in_18_xlr_3_female_to_3_5mm.html https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1296491-REG/cable_techniques_ct_sg3lpin_18_24_3_5mm_trs_to.html

Q: 3. How much to ship to Hong Kong?

A: You may calculate your actual shipping options/order totals by adding the items you want to a shopping cart. It will then list the shipping options, descriptions, ETA's and fees to your location.

Q: 4. What is the distance between the two lyres? I've heard its 1 , but just wanted to confirm that before I buy one :)

A: Thank you very much for the quick responses :) I plan on using the INV6 with my Schoeps active bars! But I'm in the process of making my own PAS(Point At Stacks) active bars out of 20mm delrin and 3/8 stainless steel threaded rods as well, and just wanted to know the distance between the lyres so that I can make a super small PAS bar! I was going to make my smallest PAS bar about 1 1/4 long, so this will be perfect! And then I'm going to make a few at DINa/DIN/NOS spacing as well to use with my NBob SGC Clips(custom Schoeps SGC clips that are made from delrin and aluminum bases)! So this INV 6 will be absolutely perfect! So thanks again for the answers fellas ;)

Q: 5. Can I Attach this directly to a tripod that has a 1/4"-20 male thread?

A: You would need BH #IMCA109 to be able to do that.

Q: 6. Will these work with the LOM basicUcho mics? https://store.lom.audio/products/basicucho?variant=41645264011422

A: The Rycote InVision INV-6 Microphone Suspension for Short/Small Condenser Mics (4.7" Long, 0.7 to 0.9" Diameter), BH # RYINV6, is comprised of two InVision lyres with two clips that accommodate microphone bodies measuring 19 to 25mm in diameter and measure under 4.7" long, The LOM basicUcho microphone measures 80 (3.14 inches) x ⌀20.3 mm which would make it compatible with this Rycote microphone mount.

Q: 7. Seems like the only suspension product available for the Sony D100. The 2 existing reviews of the 041130 are quite negative, so is there another product (rubber/silicone?) that would fit the 3/8 thread and further dampen bumps and shocks? The intent would be to put a Sony D100 atop a camera or use a flexible arm connected to the same tripod the camera uses. Obviously, you don't want noise from camera movement on the tripod to enter the D100. Thanks.

A: Hi JDW26: thanks for your question. Unfortunately, this is the only solution we currently provide for the D100; we do not recommend making any additional modifications to the mount. Sorry we can't help any more in this case.

Q: 8. The Overview tab says The cable is specifically designed for connecting the evolution series portable EK transmitters to the professional audio outputs on microphones and line level devices. However, I believe EK should be replaced by SK since EK refers to the receivers not the transmitters?

A: Thanks for your input. It seems this may be a web error and has been forwarded to our web department for review.

Q: 9. does this cable allow a shure sm-58 to connect directly to an EW-100 body pack without any modifications ?

A: The CL-2 transmitter cable will allow for the connection of an SM-58 in addition to other dynamic, or self powered mics and line level devices.

Q: 10. what is the weight without the brass adapter?

A: Less than .25lbs.
