Provides an optimized solution for large education and enterprise campuses as well as defense and Homeland Security facilities with support for numerous simultaneous video flows and built-in advanced management capabilities.
The KDS-100DEC supports up to 1000 video sources and is suited for large-scale installations.
The unit preserves the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the IT network via a highly secure and resilient AVoIP solution, and it complies with IT security requirements, including 802.1x and HTTPS/TLS.
The KDS-100DEC is highly bandwidth-efficient, thus enabling cost-efficient hybrid use of the existing 1GE IT network. There is no need to deal with complex IP packets prioritization or switching settings. Offering easy management, high reliability, and adjustable bandwidth control, the KDS-100DEC is extremely cost-effective to maintain over the long term.
An HDMI loop-through port is on the encoder side and an HDMI input port on the decoder, with support for embedding and de-embedding analog audio to the IP stream.
Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. I have an AXIS P5655-E Network Camera, can I put in the IP of the camera into the NVD-35 and it can decode that to SDI?
A: The NVD-35 does accept numerous protocols such as RTSP. If the camera offers that output such as RTSP, the Datavideo should pick it up.
Q: 2. Does this device have a built in RTMP server?
A: This supports RTMP protocols, but it does not have a server built in to it.
Q: 3. I love Zeiss lenses & currently own milvus 25mm & APO Sonnar 135mm lenses. I currently have Sigma 85mm Art lens & thinking of buying a Milvus 85mm or Sigma 105mm Art lens & sell 85mm Art later. I shoot portraits using live view, so manual focus is not an issue. From purely optical quality perspective, which lens is the better in terms of bokeh, color, micro contrast, sharpness an subject separation ability?
A: My recommendation is to rent the lens and compare. Many of the attributes you call out are subjective and cannot be measured / compared between brands. The only way to know for sure is a side-by-side comparison using the same camera, lighting and subject matter.
Q: 4. Would it be correct to assume that the clicks aperture control on these lenses applies only to the Nikon mount, not the Canon?
A: The canon version does not have an f/stop ring and the Nikon version does. The Nikon version also comes with a tool so you can convert the f/stop ring to de-clicked.
Q: 5. Can the NVD-35 Mark II decode up to 4 pairs of audio (8 channels) via the HD-SDI embedded output in SRT mode?
A: No, the Datavideo NVD-35 Mark II Streaming IP Video Decoder with SDI Output can only output up to four channels of audio via SDI.
Q: 6. Apertura of the lenses manual?
A: Unfortunately, I am not sure what you are asking based on the phrasing of your inquiry listed above. If you are asking for the aperture of the ZEISS Milvus 18mm f/2.8 ZE Lens for Canon EF, the lens would have a maximum aperture of f/2.8 and a minimum aperture of f/22. If that was not your question, I would have to recommend e-mailing your inquiry to askbh@bhphoto.com and we will attempt to assist you via e-mail.
Q: 7. Focus confirmation?
A: Yes, the ZEISS Milvus ZF.2 lenses are compatible with the focus confirmation feature, which is engaged when holding the shutter button half way down while focusing the lens.
Q: 8. Does this pair nicely mounted on the Sony PXW Z90? I want the best audio without doing anything more than having it mounted on top the Z90.
A: Hi, yes the Sennheiser MKE 600 microphone fits in the microphone holder on the Sony PXW-Z90. Thank you for shopping at B&H!
Q: 9. Could you please test the vignetting of this lens (and 18mm as well) on Canon FF bodies with LEE SW150MKII screw-in adapter ring and filter holder attached?Basing on my experience with Canon EF 11-24 f/4 lens with the dedicated LEE SW150MKII system adapter for this lens and filter holder the minimum usable focal length was about 14 mm. I would like to go as wide as possible but without vignetting.
A: This filter system has not been checked by ZEISS for use on the Milvus 15 lens. You can refer to the compatibility chart on their website at: a href= http://www.leefilters.com/index.php/camera/system-match target= _blank http://www.leefilters.com/index.php/camera/system-match/a
Q: 10. Can I use this on a Nikon FM10???
A: This is for a Nikon F mount. A Google search shows that the FM10 is a Nikon F mount.
