This body/lens combo weighs around 2.5 kg (PG-01 load capacity is 3.6 kg/8 lb), but you should be careful how far from the tripod centre you will push them on a nodal slide. Although, primary target is a mirrorless camera user, I like how sturdy, but light and small PG-01 is, as well as its price in comparison to PG-02. I use quite long nodal slide with it (RRS MPR-192), as for example, the entrance pupil for mentioned lens (no parallax point) at 200mm is behind the camera flange and you need to have that lenght of a slide to push everything forward to the far end.
