UltraLITE Pro16 all-in-one wireless headsets can link up to 16 users in full duplex without a base station or hub. Designed with a lightning-fast microprocessor that provides two channels of simultaneous hands-free communication, the Pro16 allows separate groups to speak privately. The Pro16 has been engineered with Active Frequency Hopping technology. This specialty wireless technique allows the headsets to monitor the surrounding environment and automatically switch channels whenever necessary to easily avoid interference. The operating range has been increased three-fold to over a 1/2 mile line of sight.

The UltraLITE headsets have the transceiver built right inside the earcup, eliminating headset wires and belt-worn radios. The "EU" version of the Eartec system is recommended for Ghana. There is not a pre-assembled 9-person system with the "EU" frequencies currently listed, however this system could be configured using an "EU" Eartec Hub and correlating "EU" headsets.

If you need a larger system, you can add the Eartec HUB Mini Duplex Transceiver Base - USA (B&H # EAHUB). The HUB will replace the master headset and it can be used with up to 8 remote headsets and 1 plug-in headset.

Q: 6. Is this work in West Africa country Guinea Conakry?

A: You could use an Eartec wireless system in West Africa. This system would not be recommended for use due to it's frequency range. Here is a 5 user option that could work, B&H # EAHUB5SEU. I would recommend calling in this order so our sales team can notate the area of use for Eartec to properly program it.

Q: 7. There's a constant ringing in the master headset, but none in the remote headsets. Is this something that can be fixed, or is it normal?

A: Unfortunately you cannot add a 5th headset. The only way you can expand the system is to buy the hub and expand the whole system to 6 or 7.
