Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Will this bag fit the Nikon Z6II with the 180-600mm Zmount (hood inverted)?
A: No, the Think Tank Photo Digital Holster 50 V2.0 (Black) is too small for the Nikon Z6II with the 180-600mm Zmount (hood inverted). That combination the Kinesis C850 Extra Large Holster Case (Black), https://bhpho.to/3YbKns7 is best.
Q: 2. Will this holster bag accommodate a Nikon D3s with Nikon 300mm f/4 AF ED (Screwdriver AF lens)?
A: I use Canon so I can't say whether your Nikon body and lens will fit or not, but measuring the interior demensions of the bag with the nose extension zipped it is 12 inches deep. Unzip the nose and the bag extends to 15 inches deep. The extension bellows is a slightly padded Cordura nylon fabric. The top opening is a good 7 by 7 1/2 inches. The quality of the materials is first rate and the manufacturing workmanship of the bag is absolutely flawless. The shoulder strap is just adequate. Tamrac curved padded shoulder straps are much better. Over all, I would strongly recommend this bag if its size fits your needs.
Q: 3. Is there a strap attached and is this good for spotting birds as I will carry Z8 with 300mm PF +TC-14E III +FTZll for birding.
A: The ZEISS 10x25 Terra TL Compact Binoculars (Night Blue/Black, Open Box) BH #ZE10X25TPNBK • MFR #522505-0000-000 In the Box ZEISS 10x25 Terra TL Compact Binoculars (Night Blue/Black, Open Box) Case Neck Strap ************* Cleaning Cloth Limited Lifetime Warranty Yes it comes with a strap. For general birding the Audubon Society recommends an 8X magnification. However, if you are looking at an eagle nesting a 1/2 mile away 10X would be more appropriate.
Q: 4. Does it fit the Canon 80D attached the Sigma Contemporary 150-600mm no battery grip but with tripod collar intalled ? thanks.
A: I don't have an 80D but do use the Digital Holster to hold to the Tamron 150-600 attached to a Canon 7DII with the collar attached. It's a very tight fit but it does work, provided I take off the lens hood first. The extended bottom make it long enough to hold the lens and the body but the extension at the bottom of the holster is too narrow to house the hood mounted on the lens.
Q: 5. I need help. I have read that this bag can hold a NIKON D810 with a 200-500 lens attached. The problem seems to be the shade. It seems that the shade is too wide to go into the bag either reversed or otherwise. Does anyone out there know if this is the case? Thanks.
A: Keep in mind the 200-500 is a pretty sizable lens. Even without the hood/shade, fitting the 200-500 with body attached is going to be a bit tight. While I've not tried it, I am not at all surprised that the hood will not fit inside this bag with everything else. That's fine, just attach it to the outside of the bag when you carry this setup.
Q: 6. Will this hold Nikon D850 with battery grip and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8E FL VR lens attached?
A: Yes, the Think Tank Photo Digital Holster 50 V2.0 will support a pro body and pro dslr with a battery grip and your lens combo.
Q: 7. How does the Terra TL differ from the Terra ED?
A: The specifications are identical. The ZEISS 10x25 Terra TL Compact Binoculars (Night Blue/Black, Open Box) are just a newer model.
Q: 8. Is the rain cover that comes with this for the camera or for the camera bag?
A: The rain cover that comes with the Think Tank Photo Digital Holster 50 V2.0 (Black) is for the camera bag.
Q: 9. Will these work in a Sony stand alone cd recorder to record music?
A: Yes they will.
Q: 10. what is "open box"?
A: It could have been a return. I could have been used in the store durining a Leica Day demonstration.
