Q: 1. Will this be compatible with canon powershot sx740hs and/or Fujifilm X-E3 with a small prime?

A: This gimbal has a payload of 2lb. A Canon Powershot camera should work well on this gimbal however a Fujifilm X-E3 is pushing it to the limit. Depending on the lens that you intend to use it is very easy to reach or overshoot the 2lb limitation. Not to mention that the X-E3 is physically larger than most point and shoot cameras which will make it more challenging to balance on this gimbal as it is designed with smaller cameras in mind.

Q: 2. Will this work with new iPhones via lightning dongle?

A: Yes it will

Q: 3. What is the warrantee on this? (And for anyone who has needed customer support, how does Film Power respond?)

Q: 4. Their website compatibility list doesn't include the Fujifilm X100V. Is it compatible with the X100V, including shutter, autofocus, and recording?

A: Not that we are aware of.

A: At the time of this posting the Nebula 4100 is a Special Order Product and not in stock at our NYC Superstore. We are not aware of any plans to stock the Nebula 4100 at our store, but please keep an eye on our website. New items are listed and special order products turn in to items we stock all the time.

Q: 6. Has this been released yet?

A: Yes it has been released. At the time of this posting, July 31, 2016, the Nebula 4100 Lite is a special order product that is drop shipped to you directly from the Manufacture once the order is placed.

Q: 7. Does the Mini P work well with the Sony Syber-Shot RX-100 VII. In particular I want to know if I can control the zoom on the lens from the gimbal ?

A: Yes it does. This is designed specifically for point and shoot cameras like the RX100 VII and it includes the needed control cable. However that cable is for start/stop recording. It is not for zooming the lens, which is not something you will be able to do with this gimbal in general. Zooming in and out with the lens on the RX100 VII which extends and retracts will throw off the balance. You will need to set the lens to one focal length only.

Q: 8. Can it work with Canon Camcorders like the vixia HF R80/R800? Also Canon EOS T6?

A: There should be no issues using the stated cameras on this gimbal.

Q: 9. Will this work with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7?

A: no it will not work with the G7 the Lumix G7 is over the weight limit for the gimbal.
