A: We tested the Rokinon Tripod Collar Mount Ring for 35-150mm f/2-2.8 AF Lens on both the Rokinon and the Tamron to be sure, and it seems this collar is to be mainly dedicated to Rokinon. Tamron's lens blocks the collar from fitting due to the USB-C female port for firmware updates. That small bit of bulk prevents any collar from fitting from the back.
