Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Canon tells me that Pro Premium Matte is not compatible with the Chromalife 100+ ink system and does not receive the 100+ longevity rating? It says only the glossy, platinum and luster papers are compatible. What does this mean -- that Pro Premium Matte has no longevity?

A: It is compatible with the Chromalife inks, it just means Canon has not tested it or offers a rating.

Q: 2. Would this paper be good for printing out digital scrapbook paper?

A: Yes

Q: 3. Where can I find the icc profiles for my Epson p600 injet printer ?

A: You can download it here, search for the P600 and then select ICC profiles. https://epson.com/Support/Printers/Professional-Imaging-Printers/sh/s120

Q: 4. Is this paper archival?

A: The paper itself is not archival, but you wold be able to get kits to treat so it can become archival.

Q: 5. Is this paper compatible with Canon Image Prograf - IPF605 ? Thanks.

A: Canon Premium RC Photo Luster Paper (255gsm) for Inkjet -(24 Wide x 100' Long) is compatible with the Canon Imgage ProGraf IPF605.

Q: 6. Is this paper double sided?

A: No, this paper is coated on one side only. The printable side is a little whiter and has SLIGHTLY more texture Although it's somewhat difficult to see the difference on a blank sheet, the difference will be immediately obvious if you happen to print on the wrong side. Moab Lasal is a similar paper which is somewhat more expensive and is printable on both sides.

Q: 7. can this paper be printed on both sides?

A: No, it cannot. The Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Matte Inkjet Paper is not double-sided paper; it only has the matte printing surface on one side of the paper.

Q: 8. Works with Canon pixma pro-200?

A: Yes, the Canon Photo Paper Pro Premium Matte will work with the Canon Pixma Pro-200.

Q: 9. What's the closest paper to Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte that is two sided? I've tried the Epson Premium (not Ultra) and it is too thin.

A: From Epson there is no such paper. The closest thing to it from Epson is Epson Premium Presentation Paper Matte Double-Sided which you rejected on being too thin. From Moab there is a Lasal Photo Matte with a 235GSM weight, but it's just NOT as inexpensive as the Epson papers. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/502417-REG/Moab_F01_LSM235851150_Lasal_Photo_Matte_Paper.html

Q: 10. Does this paper need a UV Spray protector to set the inks so they don't smudge? And to add extra fade protection?

A: You can add a UV spray to this paper to help protect it yes. If you do not use a spray I would use interleaving between prints if you are concerned about smudging. But with interleaving once dry pigment ink is stable with this paper.

It's sticky, but not too sticky.

I use this to cover light leaks and keep my Holga together. I like that I don't have to use scissors to cut it and I can remove and reapply it many times. It also leaves no gummy residue on my camera.

This is the tape one uses to hold things together, tie things down, anchor, support, and gerenally save lives of photographers without making enemies. No residue! It will pull off paint, however, so be careful.

This is quality gaff tape - strong, easy enough to tear, & doesn't leave a residue. I've purchased cheaper tape to try and save a few bucks, but they really don't compare quality-wise.

Whats not to love? This holds on carpet, hardwood floors, and just about any other surface. I've used many other tapes to hold my photo backdrops down to the floor. All the other ones don't hold and just cause a headache. I know whith this tape that I don't have to worry about that and can focus on everything else that needs to be set up at my shoots.

What can you say about this product? It's gaffer's tape and it does what gaffer's tape is supposed to to: hold tight, tear easily when it's supposed to tear, and pulls up quickly. It's a little pricey but you are getting a high quality product and the real deal. Good flat black color won't cause reflections or glare.
