Q: 9. Oddly specific question: If the case is standing upright (on the wheels) is there an independant carry handle on top, or is the only carry handle the retractable one? An older model of this had two handles on top (one retractable for wheeling it around, and a separate one just for carrying). I much prefer that style to the one where you can only carry it from the retractible handle. Hopefully this makes sense.
