I use a Pana 42.5 in place of the Oly 45 and I also have the Oly 17 which I use a fair amount. I also assume that you mean Oly 40-150 instead of 14-150 (it is an awesome lens).I found the bag too small to comfortably hold my EM-1 kit. I was hopeful as many bags are either too small or too large to do the job.If you mount the Pana 25 and Oly 45 back to back with taped-reversed lenscaps so they form one cylinder you should be ok..
