A: No, they are not identical. The Astera NYX 10W LED Bulb Engine with RGBA + Mint, B&H # ASFP, would have a wider white CCT temperature range of 1,750K to 20,000K as well as having the ability to output color light due to its RGBAM and is only compatible for use in E26 outlets that use 100 to 120 VAC, 50 / 60 Hz outlets. Meanwhile the Astera FP5-NYX Bulb, B&H # ASFP5NYX, has a more narrow white CCT temperature range of 3200K to 6500K, and it only outputs white light. The light fixture is also compatible for international usage as it may be used with 100 to 240 VAC, 50 / 60 Hz Edison lamp sockets.

A: The Spectra series of LED fixtures does offer a stand-alone mode that can be used without DMX. In the case of the 3K white fixture as noted in the subject this would only refer to intensity. For color-changing versions of the fixture color can be set as well as intensity.
