A: There is no (standard) way to connect an external card reader. The device does, however expose itself as a wifi hotspot so if you have a laptop (or multiple laptops) with cardreader(s) you could use those and copy directly to the drive without having to connect the drive to the laptop.

A: NO... will not download automatically and it notifies that the card is unsupported.
