This AC power adapter can power your camera from mains power. A: If you read or download the manual for the GH5 you will see a mode that makes movies from timelapse photos in the camera. I use Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro as it gives me more flexibility. The Syrp Genie outputs a signal equivalent to pushing the shutter button on the GH5. So you need to set the GH5 into the mode you want. I am happy with the Genie as it is quite flexible when used with the camera App.
