I purchased this rechargeable battery to enhance the battery life of the Z9. It is very easy to charge and lasts all day. Works great. The Z9 comes with a battery, but I wanted to have an extra, so I purchased this one. 5

Since I spent so much on the Z9 it seemed best to use a Nikon battery. This one lasts a long time out in the field and then charges up very quickly. This purchase was for a back up. Shipping from BH was very prompt and the battery was well packed. 5

Expensive, but knowing you'll have enough power for the Z 9 is worth the cost. recently shot photos and video of an art event scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm. After about 700 photos and maybe 20 short video clips, the starting battery got to one bar around 3 pm. I just swapped it out so I didn't have to worry. Grab an extra BL-7 battery door to make your life easier. Once again, expensive, but in for a penny, in for a pound. A LensCoat battery pouch on your belt keeps your pockets empty. I've used third party batteries on my D7200 DSLR and while they do work, it's never for as long as Nikon's. Didn't want to risk it with the newer, thirstier camera. B&H with fantastic packing and shipping as always! 5

I long ago stopped using third party batteries in my cameras. I know people who have had good luck with them but I have not. After spending $6K on a camera I'm not going to put a third party battery in it that just might blow up to save a few bucks. As for the battery, its great, I think with a good pair of jumper cables I could start my car. 5

I have tried third party batteries with mostly poor results. For this reason I have pretty much kept to Factory Originals for the past 7-8 years. The price hurts, but the poor performance and unreliable charging I experienced with 3rd party batteries hurts much more. 5

Not much to say beyond the 3300mAh capacity is a perfect match for the Nikon Z9 camera. I bought this battery as a backup for the one that came with the Z9. 5
