Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Has anyone used these with the FX6? How do they handle? Other than 4K 120fps which I know won't work.

A: It will work great on an FX6. As you said you'll be restricted from recording 4K 120P (in ALL-I) and 1080 240p.

Q: 2. Will this card work on BMPCC 4k ProRes 422HQ at 4k setting?

A: It will not. According to Blackmagic for 4K ProRes 422 HQ you will need the V90 rated card which is BH #ANAVP128SD. https://bhpho.to/2tDkZB9

Q: 3. what makes these specific to the XT-3?

A: What is happening here is Angelbird has looked at the needs of various cameras and not only matched the UHS and speed of the card to the camera specifications, they also tested them to make sure the cameras and cards work together. This takes out all the guesswork and confusion regarding what card to get for your camera. Angelbird is high end and if you want the best possible card for your camera, you will not find better.

Q: 4. Anyone filming 8K with the Sony A1 with this card? Tx

A: Sony advises that while some V60 cards (such as this) may be sufficient to record in full 8K resolution, V90 cards are a surer choice because they are more trustworthy with respect to performing to the minimum specifications for high bitrate continuous video recording. Even the same make and model of memory card can vary from card to card, so V90 is a better bet. The best, of course, would be the CF Express Type A cards, such as this one from Sony: https://bhpho.to/2UvWYtl

Q: 5. Will the V60 card work well on hyperdeck studio hd plus ?

A: That depends on what resolution you intend to record. These V60 cards should work for HD (1080p) recording but if you intend to record in 4K (2160p) we recommend the V90 cards instead. The V90 version is called the Angelbird 256GB AV Pro Mk 2 UHS-II SDXC Memory Card B&H # AN256SDV90 MFR # AVP256SDMK2V90

Q: 6. Hi, I'm just wondering what the difference between this set of cards is over this set here?: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1422519-REG/angelbird_mp_gh5_128sdx2_128gb_match_pack_for.html I see the other set is a match pack for the GH5/GH5s but both sets seem to have the same specs and there's a $40 difference?

A: The only difference in the matched set, is that it has two identical cards from the same production run and every unit 100 % tested and optimized for raw recording and dual card mode.

Q: 7. Will these work in the Panasonic Gh5?

A: Yes, the Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds Digital Camera is compatible for use with UHS-II SDXC memory cards, and the Angelbird 256GB Match Pack for the Panasonic EVA1 (2 x 128GB), B&H # ANMPEVE1, would be compatible for use with the Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds Digital Camera.

Q: 8. Is this card compatible with Nikon Z6 II or Z7 II

A: Yes, this is completely compatible with the Z6 II and Z7 II.

Q: 9. Will this card fit directly into the SD card slot in a MacBook Pro 16 inch or will it need an adaptor. What kind of read and write speeds does it get with the MacBook Pro M1 16 inch? What was the benchmark program used to compute those read and write speeds?

A: Yes. Card is SD/SDHC/SDXC (UHS-II) enabled.

Q: 10. Looking for the best card for cannon r6

A: Best card for Canon R6 would be Angelbird 128GB AV Pro Mk 2 UHS-II SDXC Memory Card B&H # AN128SDV90 or SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO UHS-II SDXC Memory Card B&H # SAEPSDU128GA
