The sensor swabs should be used only for the sensor as they are very expensive. Using the sensor swabs, I recommend only wiping from left to right, rather than wiping a second time back right to left, as I found that would carry some dirt back over the sensor. The PecPads and Ewipes are intended for lens cleaning. You could clean the mirror with the wipes but because the mirror is not involved optically in taking your photo I would recommend just using a blower to knock the dust off.
