A: I do not have that combination of camera and lens, but this bag will easily fit my Canon T4i and battery grip with a Tamron 18-270 lens in the top center part of the bag, and a Tamron 150-600 lens below it. The adjustable side sections easily carry the remainder of my lens as well as flash, accessories, etc. And that doesn't even mention the other pockets on the bag. A: The laptop compartment (tightly accommodates my 15 Macbook Pro) sits far away from my back when wearing he backpack. This pack accommodates an amazing amount of gear (granted it can be heavy when loaded), but I love it.
