A: From Ubiquiti's community website...The reason why there are two versions (other brands other versions as well), because in the US, they do not allow devices which are capable of operating outside the US Regulatory domain by the FCC. In terms of the difference or a super-set, the US Version is basically a World Version restricted to operate within the US Regulatory domain. In terms of a product purchase, if you were purchasing from a US seller, you can only get the US version since they are allowed to sell this version. There are some sellers in the US which do sell the World Version, however they can only ship it to addresses outside of the US. If you were purchasing from outside the US, they will have World Versions (ie. Canada).

A: 1) Yes. That cable is perfect. If anything, it's overkill but it will definitely work without issue.2) No. I think you could theoretically use up to 300'. I have had issues with a cable getting longer than 200' but I have many of these AP's on cables well over 100' without issue so you should be fine.
