A: It is approximately 9" in length by 3".

A: Unfortunately this is sold as a set, we don't sell just the two pieces separately. If you need just the two pieces, check with Pelican and they may be able to accommodate your request.

Q: 3. why is the 2 piece replacement more money than the 4 piece?

A: Who knows but I'm glad I got the extra foam. My mistake messed up one and I had a replacement ready...

A: 10-3/4 x 6-1/4 x 3-1/4. Fits the 1170 case perfectly

Q: 5. Can this system be used with a large lens like a Arri master anamorphic?

A: I haven't tried it, but a suspect it won't work with a lens like that. The sideways movement on this follow focus is not very extensive, so it may not work. If you are using a lens like that, I recommend you use either a wireless FF unit or an Arri studio follow focus like the FF4.

Q: 6. Can I get a two-piece setup? Don't need the eggcrate

A: Unfortunately we do not sell just the two piece without the egg shell, however you could contact Pelican if you need just the certain pieces of foam.

Q: 7. Is this system able to use 15mm studio setups?

A: Yes it can fit 15mm setups

Q: 8. Does B&H have a partner that can Laser Cut a custom insert for the foam/case?

A: No. In fact, there is no vendor for that type of service. Even if there was, it would cost much more than the foam, itself. Do what I did - layout the cubes of foam you want pulled, then pay a kid to pull the cubes to spec.

Q: 9. Does this item come with a case?

A: By itself, the FF-T03 does not come with a hard case. However, when purchased in TT-03-GJ kit, it will indeed come with a hard carrying case.

Q: 10. Can the drive gear be positioned on either side of the gearbox to accommodate a wider variety of mounting options?

A: Yes it can be mounted left or right side on the camera rods. For me, i use it left handed with the Sony FS7.Mounting it on the right side on this camera, may conflict with the handgrip.
