It has enough room for my 14" laptop, ipads, and all of the chargers, plus files and office supplies like pens, post-its, etc. The telescoping handle is very easy to pull out and also retract. The bag is compact and sturdy yet, like I mentioned, plenty of room inside. I like the color a lot - such a classy change from the typical black. I've been dragging it across snow- and salt-covered parking lots when I visit my 3 school buildings, and it isn't showing any stains or discoloration. I like that the wheels stick out... my previous Samsonite roller bag had recessed wheels which made it harder to drag across bumpy parking lots and things would get caught up in inside. These wheels make the bag more maneuverable and also the bag sits just a little higher and out of the puddles. The bag itself is light and the sturdy handles make it easy to carry up steps when I need to. 5
