Q: 1. Will this gear fit:Canon 5DIII w/RRS L-Plate & 100-400 lens attachedTamron 70-200 f/2.8Canon 24-105Rokinon 14mmCanon 430 EXII FlashND Filter WalletBattery/CF Card Wallet/Shutter Release Cable/AA Battery WalletI'll attach my tripod to the side along with soft water bottle to other side. Hope that won't be too heavy for me hiking this Spring (68 year old female)?

A: I took this bag on a recent trip holding my Canon 6D with an L-bracket, Canon 24-105mm, Canon 18-35mm, Canon 70-200mm and Canon 50mm lens, plus a wallet with Lee filters, batteries, flash-cards etc, and separate LCDVF eye-piece. I have also packed it with my Sigma 150-600mm lens, Canon 24-105 mm and Canon 70-200mm - left out the 18-35mm and 50mm, plus most of the above extras. There is also room in for stuffing in snacks and extra layers, plus I carried a water bottle. Saying that, it is heavy packed with all that gear!

Q: 2. What country is the bag made in?

A: Vietnam.

Q: 3. Is the padded waist belt removable?

A: No, it is not removable. It is possible however to wrap the belt around the back of the bag and then click the belt together to hold it in place away from your body.

Q: 4. Will a Canon R7 with 100-500 lens attached fit in this bag?

A: Yes, the Canon EOS R7 Mirrorless Camera with the Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM Lens attached with comfortably fit in the MindShift Gear BackLight 26L Backpack.

Q: 5. Does this bag can hold RF 600 F4 lense ?

A: Unfortunately, the MindShift Gear BackLight 26L Backpack (Woodland Green) is not wide enough for a Canon RF 600 F4 lens.

Q: 6. Will this bag fit the Olympus OM 1 mk2 with the 150-400 f4.5 lens?

A: The MindShift Gear BackLight 26L Backpack (Charcoal) interior dimensions are 19.3 x 10.2 x 5.9". The length of the OM SYSTEM OM-1 Mark II Mirrorless Camera and the OM SYSTEM M. Zuiko 150-400mm f/4.5 TC 1.25 IS PRO Lens attached with a lens hood in reverse is 15.5”; therefore, the camera and lens will fit perfectly in this backpack.

Q: 7. What comes with the bag?

A: Rain cover!!Plenty of dividers inside the backpack.

Q: 8. One reviewer noted that the bag is too small . Was he referring to the internal size/capacity or was it an issue with the fit on his body being too small? I have an uncomfortable PacSafe backpack with excessively closely-positioned shoulder straps (I have broad shoulders) and would not want this pack if it were similar.

A: I'm 5 10 with broad shoulders, and the bag fits me fine. For me, it works great. I use it for hiking.

Q: 9. Has any one tried a Nikon Z9? I love the 18L but it is too small for the Z9. Measurements say it will fit but has anyone tried a Z9 or similar camera?

A: The depth of MindShift Gear BackLight 18L Backpack is not enough to fit Nikon Z9 Mirrorless Camera. It's more useful for the Mirrorless as well as DSLR cameras without the grip / extra battery compartment.

Q: 10. Does the bag compress (flatter) if not fully loaded? seems deep on the pictures, but may be fully loaded to show its capacity.

A: The main camera compartment (closest to your back) does not compress. It's about 7 inches thick (externally). The two front compartments further from your back will lay flat if nothing is in them and expand a bit if you stuff them full.
