This rugged NK-7 resin case has a long and deep design that is ideal for carrying lighting equipment, tripods, telescopes, bunker gear, rifles, industrial equipment, and more. Six PowerClaw latches keep it securely closed, even if dropped. Use the three oversized handles for team carrying or roll it easily over various terrain on the two large, polyurethane wheels. The wheel rigs are removable and can be replaced with Nanuk custom corner caps. For extra security, the case accepts user-supplied padlocks. The automatic pressure relief valve system prevents your case from sealing shut after changes in air pressure or altitude changes.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this large enough to fit a Kemper Profiler with remote?

A: Yes, this case can accommodate a Kemper Profiler with remote.

Q: 2. Is the canon 80d supported?

A: Yes it is! :)

Q: 3. Is there any place on the handle where you can mount a wireless receiver (audio)? If there is a 1/4''-20 hole somewhere that will work to be able to mount a cold shoe on to put the receiver in.

A: There are currently no accessories designed to be able to do this, but we are working on a wide range of accessories that will allow for a large number of mounting and accessory options.

Q: 4. Will this fit the Benro QR6 Video Quick Release Plate?

A: Hey Timothy, the Ronin-S quick release was designed specifically to be used with the included quick-release plate. It is compatible with some 3rd party plates, but more testing needs to be done to ensure which ones. We have not tested the Benro QR6 yet. The only 3rd party one we confirmed works is the B&H EIE H6P.

Q: 5. Will this be able to balance with 11-24L on 5dmkiii?

A: Ronin-S can carry a maximum payload of 8lbs and according to our tests, the Ronin-S can capture stabilized footage with a 5D Mk IV + EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM lens.

Q: 6. Can I mount a Sony PXW-Z90 V cam corder on the Ronin S and still have the tilt functions work? The camcorder is 7.5 inches from the front of the fixed lens to the back of the battery.

A: Based on the size dimensions and weight specifications on the camera, it should work fine. I have seen a RED Epic w/battery and Canon 24-70 work, and while smaller in size, the weight is much higher and the motors were able to compensate with some adjustment on the Ronin app. I would take time to set up the proper tilt speed on the Ronin app if longer weight distribution effects the tilt motor performance. The primary limiting dimension for mounting cameras on the Ronin S would be width, (Cannot exceed Approx 6 or so?) and weight. While weight can't be fixed necessarily (is still able to hold beyond suggested payload) Width can be compensated using an additional wide slider plate attachment

Q: 7. Will you be able to control the focus on a Canon 5D Mk III?

A: I just received mine and can report there is no cable for connecting to a Canon 5D Mark III. Will email support to find out if a cable will be released.

Q: 8. Will it work with the Canon M50. Are any of the camera functions supported from the gimbal?

A: Ye it is compatible with the CANON EOS M50: DJI compatibility list: https://www.dji.com/support/compatibility/ronin-s/m50 EOS M50 + Ronin-S Compatibility result: Control Features/Cable MCC-B (in the box) Capture photo Start/stop recording video Pull focus electronically Trigger auto focus NOTE: MCC-B (in the box) When using MCC-B: 1.The HDMI OUT terminal and digital terminal on the Canon EOS M50 are close together. As a result, it may not be possible to attach cables to both terminals at the same time. In that case, you may not be able to use the monitor.

Q: 9. Is there a setup/cable available that will support the following on Sony A& III: record stop/start, shutter release, aperature, shutter speed and ISO control?

A: There is not a cable that allows all of those things to be controlled on an A7III camera. However you can use the DJI Ronin-S Multi-Camera Control Cable (Sony Multi-Port) to control start/stop record and aperture, BH #DJRONINP13CB. https://bhpho.to/2DZF5sE

Q: 10. I have the new Ronin-s essentials with a Sony A 7III and can't get this thing to too stable to film in car. How can I fix this stability issue?

A: Balance is key to successfully operating this or any gimbal. Before shooting you must make sure that it is perfectly balanced as shown in the instructions for the gimbal. It will not be properly balance until when the unit is turn off and you turn the camera in any direction, it stays there. If you are properly balanced and still getting jerky movements when shooting in very fast situations, you may want to try the DJI Ronin-S External GPS Module B&H # DJGPSP21. This allows for better responsiveness to quick movements. https://bhpho.to/2KNVTGw
