The specifications listed under that tab for both are really all boom equipment have. The A40441B can support at the most 33lbs not extended and fully extended up to 22 lbs.The A4039CS can support up to 26 lbs at most extensions and it is smoother to use and in chrome is visually niceUsing both they really are similar. The A40441B does come with a counter weight which you should use. And the A4039CS does not so that is an added item to get.
