Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Which Porta Brace Padded Lens Cup fits Atlas Orion 40, 65, 80?

A: NO these will not fit the atlas anamorphic lenses

Q: 2. Need a case that will fit the Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 Art DC HSM Lens for Canon and Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens for Canon EF. Will this fit those or do you have another recommendation?

A: Yes, those lenses will fit and you would have 4 more spots for other lenses.

Q: 3. Will this fit the Fujinon 50-140mm with the tripod collar attached?

A: The diameter of this case is not large enough for this lens with the tripod collar.

Q: 4. Do you know if the 7 will hold a 24-70 f2.8 ? (mine is 4 in diameter with lens hood). The measurements are unclear as the inside diameter of the 7 one is 3.5 and 4 , but its a round case.

A: This should help. I just measured mine. The sleeve is 4 wide and 7 15/16 high. The 4 width has a little give because of the nature of the material. Their stated 7 height is incorrect. According to their height measurement you would have almost a full inch of free space, but, perhaps that unused space could be filled with a rag or extra padding to protect your lens. I am happy with these sleeves. They are well made, however, it still amazes me why they cost so much. I am hard to please and with that being said I recommend them.

Q: 5. Will this fit my Nikon 18-140 mm AFS-DX lens or should I get a different size?

A: Yes, the Porta Brace 4" Padded Lens Cup (Blue Tab), B&H # POPB4LCB, would be compatible for use with the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Lens.

Q: 6. Can this case fit Samyang/Rokinon cine lens (14, 24, 35, 50, 85, 135)?

A: If you are referring to a kit like BH #ROCL6CK then yes it can. This comes with Six 4" lens cups which will work with the Rokinon Cine Lenses in a kit like this. https://bhpho.to/2v6G1cl

Q: 7. Why isn't there any dimensions?

A: The case in this kit is the PB-2400 which has Exterior Dimensions of 16.3 x 13.5 x 6.5" and Interior Dimensions of 14.8 x 10.4 x 6".

Q: 8. hi, do you have any that are bigger than 4 ? to accommodate bigger lenses?

A: Porta Brace makes padded 7 lens cups as well, B&H # POPB7LCSET.

Q: 9. A Brown ID Tab is shown on Top. When you buy a 2-pack of these, are both the ID Tabs on top the same color, or one Brown and one Red for example?

A: Yes, according to Porta Brace each Lens Cup will have a different colored ID Tag.

Q: 10. What colour are the tabs on these? I would like two silver tabbed ones, but there doesn't seem to be an option to choose.

A: The color tabs on theses PortaBrace Padded 4" and 7" Lens Cups (Set of Two), would not be set. We have a large inventory and you can get different colors, currently there is no way to choose the color tab you would want.

I have these and the Think Tank Lens Changer 25 v.2.0. Theyre both good, but theyre different. This is for extreme side and bottom protection for your lenses. I wear these on the sides of my belt and the much thinner neoprene case Think Tank Lens Changer in the middle since its padding is much thinner. I only wish they made the 7 into an 8.5 so it could handle a Sony GM 70-200mm f/2.8.

These zippered pouches let you take your lenses everywhere and not just in a camera bag or camera backpack. Want to put your lenses on a belt? Done. Want to through them in any kind of case or backpack and not be a target for thieves? Done. Want to see what is inside without opening them up? Done ( clear tops or put gaff tape with lens description on the top). These are a great alternative to carrying a camera specific bag.

Excellent for lens protection with easy access. Lots of competitor products are very thick and hard to access quickly. These have about the right balance between protection and ease of access. The clear top cover makes identifying the contents easy. Just use masking take on the lens cap.
