I broke one of these triggers by crashing it in my camera bag, so now I pack it much more carefully.
After using this trigger for two years or so I can say it is extremely reliable and functions well to trigger my two macro flashes, one of which I usually hold by hand. To adjust to your needs can be a bit confusing and I often had to spent some time to figure out the menu. I have not tried other brand so I don't know if there are any that are more intuitive with their menu.

The screen is very helpful and it is really easy to connect. Works great with my X-H2s, X-s10 and X-T4

Moving my speedlight off the camera and into a position where I want the light to come from. Real easy to use (paired with a matching receiver thanks to B&H Support team) set the flash on manual and this trigger controls the rest!
The best part is how many units this will control.

I was a solid Canon Flash fan (600 EX-RTs and ST-E3-RT) until recently. It seems that with so many additional devices in the 2.4 GHZ spectrum, that the link is dropped between transmitter and receiver and can't reconnect (known recent issues - lots of posts on Canon forums).
After a lot of research, and after deciding not to spend a lot of money on a complete new flash system, I decided to use the XProC to replace the Canon ST-E3-RT and add a X1R-C onto each Canon flash to regain the consistency of my OCF system (fyi: I always shoot manual flash). I've been happy with the results thus far.

Pros: Changing power levels (or on/off) per group is very easy, intuitive, and faster than Canon's in-camera options. Setting/changing a channel across all is very easy. Display is large, easy to read. Using HSS is straightforward. Several years when I moved from 580/430 flashes to the 600's I was unable to continue to use my old flashes. With the Godox triggers and receivers, I can actually intermix all of my flashes again!

Cons: You need a X1R-C per (non-Godox) flash. Now there are even more equipment pieces to keep up with and more batteries to manage. (fyi: Do not use rechargeable batteries with Godox. Can have inconsistent results and battery charge levels will not display accurately).

An aside: I've read (and observed) that the XProC display can get scratched easily. I bought about a foot of 100 Vinyl Fuse - Gloss Finish (JoAnn Fabrics) and cut to size for a cheap n easy screen protector.

Needed an off camera flash trigger for my Fujifilm 100V for my street and cityscape photos and the team at B&H hooked me up with the Godox XPro Flash Trigger. The B&H staff are rock starts!

I use this with a Godox AD200, and a Nikon SB900 with the X1R-N receiver. The controls are easy to use and I have full control over my flash units. Previously I had a less expensive trigger/receiver that worked OK. But the difference between the Godox and my older set up is like night and day for remotely controlling flash units.

I like to do my lighting setups using this trigger remotely from camera, then simply slide it on the camera and shoot. This approach is much easier on the Xpro than it was on the X2 since the screen and all controls are top side.
