Q: 1. I'm not sure that my charger is working correctly. The directions say a red light should come on when it is plugged in. I didn't see a red light. No lights were on when it was plugged in. My batteries were left in the charger for 9 hours and the green light never came on. I tried one of the batteries and it had power. But that doesn't mean it didn't have a partial charge straight out of the package. Should a light be on when it's charging?

A: I dont have any charger like that but I had a similar experience with a battery charger for a Milwaukee electric munual cutter. The charger didnt startcause I plug it with the battery on. So I had to plug it alone first and anything happened, until I place the battery as indicated in the battery holder, after that a red light appeared, it turned Green thirty minutes later to show battery was fully charge, and its the way the God damn thing Works. I suggest that person to experiment before calling the dealer..

Q: 2. question for B&H staff: is this able to power Rode NT3 mic (BH #RONT3)?

A: The RODE NT3 3/4" Cardioid Condenser Microphone use 9V batteries, therefore the Watson 9V Rechargeable NiMH Battery (250mAh) will be compatible with this microphone.

Q: 3. Will this 9v caddy hold the lithium ion batteries with the square edges? I have an ipower 9v caddy and they will not fit into it. Thanks

A: No, if your batteries would not fit into the iPower 9v Caddy, they will not fit in the Storacall SlimLine 9V Battery Holder either.

Q: 4. What is it? Does it charge any 9Volt battery?

A: iPower 9V Battery Fast Smart Charger is able to recharge 9 volt Li-Polymer (Li-ion) batteries only.

Q: 5. I use P-Touch labels to mark (and match) sets of AA batteries. Will this holder work with AA's that have a label wrapped around their circumference, or will it be too tight to fit?

A: I’ve labeled mine with a brother labeler (unsure which model) and its workable if you’re really careful when getting them in and out every time... but it’s a hassle. It is very tight and ended up tearing the paper labels and messing up the thicker plastic ones after a few normal uses, so I quit using the labeler.

Q: 6. In which country it is made / manufactured / assembled or of origin in?

A: Country of origin is China.

Q: 7. Is it possible that a battery in this case will be short-circuited if the case comes into contact with a metallic object such as a bunch of keys? Or does the construction of the case prevent that?

A: No, short-circuiting of batteries in this case is virtually impossible as the tips are recessed, and batteries are held snugly in place.

Q: 8. Does the battery come pre-charged? I have a shoot right after I pick it from B&H.

A: When I got mine they had partial charges. Use one and plug in the other one. To be safe take a couple of regular 9 volts with you.

Q: 9. I'm trying to figure out what this product is and why someone would buy it, or in other words, what are the features, advantages and benefits to this case or holder? As an off road motorcycle adventure rider, who wants to be able to quickly pull out a camera and get a shot of a scene or subject that is only available for a short time, I was wondering if this product is both secure enough to hold the camera during rough off road riding but flexible enough to extract the camera quickly to get the fleeting shot. Is this a quick access holder for the camera that eliminates the extra steps of unzipping a pocket or pouch to get to your camera? Is the tether elastic or long enough to use the camera without unhooking it? Or is it primarily designed for a person that is wearing gear with straps and not a garment with pockets?

A: Think of it as a GoPro style harness for your Olympus ... you can attach it to your body, your bike, etc. and actually use it to record your activities ...

Q: 10. Does this charger also charge 8.4V(7 cell) battery?

A: No, the Watson 2-Bay 9V Charger & 2 9V Rechargeable Batteries Kit does not charge 8.4V (7-cell) batteries.

I have several versions of this product and the 9V for some reason had a different latch design that would stress the battery wrapper. I called the company and they sent me their re-designed model which is made from a softer material and with same latch design that is on other versions. I am still testing it but so far I do not see any tearing or distortion of the wrapper. BTW not only did they send me a replacement, they sent several others as compensation for my trouble.

Why? Because the other battery holders are the other colors and I only got a few of these. It's great though, does what it says!

Unlike cheaper plastic containers, these take up less space, don't have weak plastic hinges that wear out, and protect the terminals and batteries from shorting out.

Nifty and good quality holder. I haven't used it extensively yet but seems to hold batteries physically well. Time will tell.

9-volt batteries are the worst to store as they positive and negative terminals are close together - too easy to short circuit and run them down. This is a great idea and the execution of making it is very good. Solved a problem for me - and so reasonably priced! Thanks guys!

This battery holder holds the batteries securely in the holder without falling out. I use the green color so I know these batteries are fresh. And I use the orange holder for discharged batteries.

GLOWS WELL INTO THE NIGHT. BATTERIES ARE IN PLACE AND NO MORE ROLLING AROUND IN BAG TO SCRAMBLE FOR WHEN NEEDED. STILL GLOWS AFTER ONE STRONG CHARGE OF A FLASHLIGHT. HOURS LATER.. LOVE IT.
