Needed a spare battery. I tried a couple of Watsons but unfortunately they were not good batteries. They were not that old but stopped holding a change. Best to have an OEM battery for the a6000. I've had no problems with the unit that came with the camera. I recommend the Sony NP-FW-50. 5
