Q: 1. Is this the Canadian version? I have a DJI QC18-US, which I assume is the US version (no difference?)

A: Canada and the United States will have the same electrical outlets. The DJI QC18-CN 18W USB Charger for Mavic Mini/Mini 2 Flight Battery will work for both the United States and Canada.

Q: 2. We're using the Wookong on our X8 UAV and continue to have flight control issues. We will see large altitude changes when we stop at the end of a move. It is my understanding that the Freefly Synapse has solved a lot of the wonky-ness like that. Do you have any idea if the A3 solves any of that type of level flight issue?

A: The A3 system should fix any issues you have with a precise GPS location lock. Shortly, we will also have the A3 Pro, and this provides better accuracy since two extra IMU's and GPS compasses are added on.

Q: 3. Can someone clarify what this product is? The A3/A3 Pro manual says The A3 can be upgraded to the a3 Pro by installing two upgrade kits. The A3 Pro's three GPS unites and IMUs add triple modular redundancy...... So if this is just an upgrade kit, and not the A3 Pro, then the upgrade kit costs more than the base unit, even though it doesn't include the flight controller??? Or is the actually the A3 Pro which does NOT require the A3 base unit or......

A: This is the upgrade kit that includes the extra IMU's and compass to add on to to the craft.

Q: 4. Will these possibly work for the Mavic Air 2?? Thank You

A: This will not work for the Mvic Air 2.

Q: 5. Is there a way to use ND filters once this wide angle lens is installed? Any DJI or third party solutions?

A: Unfortunately, the DJI 15.5mm Wide-Angle Lens for Mavic 3 will not allow users to add on filters at the moment.

Q: 6. Anyone use this with a Mavic Air? Wondering how secure the Air is held with the it being so much smaller?

A: This bag comes with modular dividers that enable you to customize the interior of the backpack to fit your gear. This bag will secure the Mavic Air with out any issues.

Q: 7. How do you know when the battery is fully charged?

A: You will see a solid light on the indicator next to the battery when it is fully charged.

Q: 8. Can I change it by myself?. Is easy to change back and forth?

A: Yes. The DJI 15.5mm Wide-Angle Lens for Mavic 3 can be changed by the user and will use a twist lock motion to stay in place. You will first need to move the UV filter already included with the drone.

Q: 9. What is the max width and or length quadcopter frame that this unit can be used on.

A: Hello Robin and thanks for your question. We have primarily tested the A3 Pro Flight Control System with the Spreading Wings (B&H # DJS1000P) and DJI M600 (B&H # DJM600, B&H # DJMAT600PRO) series of aircraft. The approximate dimensions of the M600 series are 1668 mm x 1518 mm x 759 mm (propellers, frame arms and GPS mount unfolded) and the maximum takeoff weight is approximately 15.5kg. Hence, aircraft frames that fit within these dimensions and criteria will certainly be compatible. Larger frames should also be compatible, however we have not tested such configurations. Thanks!

Q: 10. supports free voltage? or 110v only?

A: Power input is via USB-C, thus it can be charged by any USB-C AC Adapter.
