Create strikingly bright white strobe flashes, vibrant color washes, and animated eye-candy chase effects indoors or outdoors with the American DJ Jolt Bar FXIP, an IP65-rated RGB and cool white blinder, wash, and strobe fixture well suited for concert productions, festival stages and other large scale events.

The fixture features a central strip of 112 x 5W cool white SMD LEDs, surrounded on both sides by a total of 448 x 0.5W RGB color mixing SMD LEDs. This allows the same fixture to generate intense white strobing as well as colored washes and strobe effects. Both types of LED are grouped into independently controllable zones (16 white and 32 color), which means the unit can also be used to generate strobe chases and other eye candy effects. The rear panel offers 5-pin DMX I/O with locking power input and output for daisy-chaining data and power to several fixtures. The American DJ Jolt Bar FXIP includes two Omega brackets, an IP65-rated locking power cord, and a frost filter.

I have already used the 15X50 IS binocs several times. I replaced an older pair of Fujinon 14X40 with this Canon pair. The Fujinons do a slightly better job of image stabilization and are great for terrestrial subjects but don't have quite enough light gathering for astronomical use. The Canon 15X50 are very nice with only slight chromatic aberration on very bright objects. Excellent for my purposes. Light weight and steady enough to hand hold and gather over 50% more light than the 14X40s. A quality product.

no matter how great your optics are if you can't hold the binoculars steady you can't see detail. These eliminate most of the shake and really replace a tripod. I have several dozen binoculars from WWI surplus to Leica and Steiner. These obsolete every one of them. I started out with the 10x42L which are fabulous, then got a 10x30 and now the 15X50...superb...don't hesitate...it doesn't get better than this with current technology.

I read a lot of reviews about IS and they were all positive. I thought a lot about spending the extra for this feature. After using them I realized they are amazing , the IS feature is well worth the extra money great binoculars and highly recommended.

I have six other pairs of binoculars all very high quality and purchased for particular uses. 7X50, 8X42, 10X50, 11X80, 30X80, 25X100 for birding, marine, sports, and astronomy. Also have two telescopes, but more and more I find myself reaching for these Canon IS 15X50 for everything (other than the telescopes). I'm 70 now and my hands are not as steady as they once were, but the IS Canons really fill the bill.

Like you, I have too many binoculars and each pair has pluses and minuses. The Canon 15x50 IS are a cut above everything I have ever tried. The 15x magnifications get the subject really close and the 50mm objective gathers tremendous light. The thing that really makes these special is the Canon image stabilization system. It is hard to explain scanning a distant ridge looking for wolves and seeing a vague black spot suddenly become crystal clear when the stabilization is turned on. It makes the task of long distance scanning far less fatiguing and much more enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommended. The binos are a bit heavy and large to carry in a hike but they are quick to use when viewing from near your car and don't need a tripod (like a spotting scope does) for excellent viewing. Battery life may be an issue. The first set of included AAs was depleted in less than two days of viewing.

I am a birder (female) and birding will be my primary use, although an African safari will hopefully materialize soon. I knew before ordering that the binocs would be heavy, but still I was surprised at how heavy they initially seemed. The good news - I'm adjusting very well. The more I handle them, the more I have become used to the weight, and that has rapidly become a non-issue for me. I am pleasantly surprised at how steady I can hold the binocs, and I don't need to use the stabilizer that much. These binocs deliver ... you really get excellent closeups of birds, much larger and clearer than my 10x36 Canon IS binocs (and I thought they were excellent). A problem I almost had was adjusting the binocs to fit my eyes. I have a small head (cap size of 6.5), and needed the maximum adjustment. The minimum focus distance turns out to be just fine. I have not yet worn these with my harness, but expect everything will be fine. Net of this is, my areas of concern were not problems, and I am extremely pleased with the binocs. I would have preferred to have a hands-on trial before ordering online, but that was not an option for me. Previous Canon ownership and online research led me to a great decision.

I've had these for over ten years and though they're an earlier model, the only difference is you don't have to hold down the button to engage the mechanism on the newer models. Otherwise once I engage them, everything in the sky "slows down". They're very clear and enjoyable to use, though a little on the heavy side. The Canon 10 power is lighter, I prefer the 15 power.
I've always owned quality optics; IE. Questar telescope, Bausch and Lomb pocket vino's, and these canon's.

Very clear and gather light nicely. IS works wonders, only draw back is size and weight. would be nice if they came with caps for both ends for the price, not cheap.

These binoculars are the best. Love the image stabilizer (and the fact that you don't have to hold it down), as well as the larger lenses- great viewing in low light!

I've had other bincoulars but nothing like the 15x50 from cannon with Image Stabilizer they are the best. Can count the sunflower seed in my bird feeder from 50 yards away. I would puchase the 15x50 again.
