A: I had bought 2 flashes from B&H for my Sony A6000. One of them was the Yongnuo Yn560-iv and the other was the Nissan Di700 flash kit with Air 1 Commander. I put the Air Commander on the camera and it sends the signal to the Nissan and when that flashes it sets off the (slave mode) Yongnuo. Both flashes are off camera. or you can also use any camera flash that fits your camera and set up the Yongnuo off camera on a stand as a slave.

A: Yes, this flash shuld work with any camera that has a standard hot shoe. Since the Lumix FZ70 does not have a focal plane shutter, you may be able to get shutter sinks speeds as high as 1000th of a second. This is a boom for outdoor photography since it effectively makes your flash 5 times more powerful in bright sunlight compared to most DSLRs. I have never tested the Lumix FZ70 , but to check it out, set the flash output to produce a good exposure at f-5.6 at a shutter speed of 1/200 on manual then set the shutter speed to 1/1000 and see if you see any difference in light output. Chances are it will only be slightly darker but the lighting will be uniform from top to bottom.
