A: If you still want to be focused to infinity then the minimum focus distance for the 3.8mm M12 lens is about half a meter. If you don't care about infinity and are only concerned about near focus with a very shallow depth of field, you can set the focus of the 3.8mm mm to about 1cm away from the lens.

Additionally, the battery can charge while in operation, so you can use a power bank and a USB micro cable to extend the operating time.

A: Unfortunately it cannot. Each transmitter can only be paired with one receiver at a time. If your cameras are stationary, you could connect the AVX receiver to an audio mixer and split the output signal to your 3 cameras via cables.
