The ATN PVS14-2 Night Vision Monocular can be helmet-mounted, attached behind weapon optics, or simply used handheld. It provides night-vision aid to one eye, leaving the other to retain its natural vision. This allows you to go back and forth between aided and unaided vision, important when operating in changing light conditions in the field. Other features include a built-in IR illuminator, low battery indicators, manual brightness control, and auto shut-off, which powers down the device within seconds when accidentally exposed to bright light.

Q: 1. will this support NVMe M2. B type SSD ?

A: Yes, the OWC Envoy Express Thunderbolt 3 M.2 NVME SSD Enclosure is designed for B-key NVMe drives such as BH #SAMZV8P2T0B.

Q: 2. Is there any noticeable focus breathing when shooting video ?

A: 50mm lenses, even cheap ones, barely breathe at all. I would suspect you would need a laser microscope to measure the breathing on any Zeiss 50mm Milvus.

Q: 3. Can aperture be set from the camera body?

A: Yes you can change aperture from the camera body. You need to set aperture ring indicator at f22, then the lens is set as electronically configured aperture mode. I use D850 and Df with same manner.

Q: 4. Is this drive compatible with MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015?

A: No, unfortunately the MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015 requires a specific type of SSD such as the OWC Aura Pro X 1TB SSD Upgrade Solution for MacBook Pro with Retina Display (Late 2013 - Mid 2015) and MacBook Air (Mid 2013 -Mid 2017) (OWS3DAPB4M10 ).

Q: 5. Shouldn't the spec be TLC for 970 EVO Plus? The 970 Pro line is 2-bit MLC. The EVO Plus is 3-bit MLC, which technically is TLC. The distinction is important because MLC (2-bits) is generally faster and has better endurance than TLC (3-bits) which is also better than QLC (4-bits) or the upcoming PLC (5-bits).

A: According to the manufacturer its MLC.

Q: 6. I am a serious panoramic photographer, my question is how is this lens perform the sharpness at infinity? i have a nikkor 55mm f/2.8, i don't like it perform at infinity. Thank you!

A: The ZEISS Milvus 50mm f/2M ZF.2 Macro Lens for Nikon F has remarkable sharpness performance when focused at infinity.

Q: 7. Is this lens a true flat field macro suitable for use on a copy stand?

A: Yes, this lens is ideally suited for copy work. Q: 8. Certainly the Macro range is great but how does it compare to standard lenses when you are doing landscapes or anything focused farther away?

A: The ZEISS Milvus 2/50M uses a floating lens element design that optimizes performance from close focus through infinity. As a result, the lens serves a dual purpose as either a close-up macro lens, or a general purpose standard lens.
