Not only there an issue of the lens mount being broken but there would be the more insidious issue of the back focus depth being altered and you getting soft images. Light weight cameras with an E mount or EF mounts are not designed for large heavy PL mount lenses, particularly zooms. In these cases, we would recommend lens support as healthy and cheap insurance.

Q: 3. On my FS7 if I use a Non HD lens with 2x extender will the lens look sharp and be 100% useable when shooting 1920 or 720? Will it work with 4 K as well with same non HD lens?

A: An HD lens is recommended for this set-up. How sharp and usable the footage will be really will depend on the quality of the lens being used.

For example, in Super35, 18mm is very wide, 32mm normal and 60mm tele. If you use a typical Fujinon 8.0-128mm Quick Zoom ENG HD lens and engage the 2x extender, it now is a 16mm to 256mm lens.
