The first thing to check is phantom power off as that is a dynamic mic. The next thing to do is bring up the mic pre level to almost 12 oclock. Before you even touch the fader. Its the white knob that says gain. Make sure the switch is in mic and not line and the 20-dB pad is not engaged. Also make sure the main volume on the mixer is up.
