When I need to output the best quality glossy photograph I use Ultra Premium paper by Epson. In the past papers turned yellow with age but I find these papers retain a fresh look without any discoloration. 5

Used with Canon T3i and MP640. Nice heavy stock and nice colors. Works well with any of the glossy profiles in the Canon printer software. No issues. 5

The Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy is 11.8 mil (0.0118 in or 0.3 mm) thick, the thickest of the Epson glossy photo paper. The 5 in x 7 in size is just large enough to show good detail so along with the 4 in x 6 in size, I use this size for testing as well. 5

At 11.8 mil and 79 lb weight, this is one of the heaviest photo papers in it's class. It is useful for creating custom DVD envelopes because of it's thickness and the surface takes beautiful images. I have often used an Epson R1900 with this paper with excellent results, unlike another reviewer here. This is fine photo paper. 5

Not every picture calls for a super-snappy presentation with a glossy finish and depth that looks almost liquid. But for the ones that do, this is the go-to paper. I actually use it on a Canon 100 printer and it works great. Go figure. Don't tell Epson I let this cat out of the bag. (I do use my Epson for other stuff.) 5

Using this for printing photos. You won't regret buying the best because over time these prints will hold up and not curl up as some cheaper papers would. Great for family photos. 5
