I use this product for amateur DSLR photography and videography. Sturdiness is what I wanted most and that's what I got. This tripod is light enough to carry easily but heavy enough that it stays put. I'm very happy with the head. The locking mechanisms are easy to use and reliable. Pan and tilt motion is very smooth. Considering the price range in which it fits, it makes sense that the product is mostly plastic albeit heavy duty. The spreader is flimsy and can't hold any weight; however, it does its job. The bag is too small to zip up the tripod easily if not completely but it's good quality. This tripod has excellent value! 5
