A: Yes. A little wiggling to get it to latch an unlatch but is secure when you get it. A bit of wiggling to get it off. And that is the same for D-lite RX 4 set and the 250 as well. They all share the same mount housing. Necessary for Larger soft boxes. I use it to mount the BRX 500 to the Impact 39 Oct. Deep Soft box. Beautiful light.
