Q: 1. What accessory is needed to attach this to a Canon C300 mk3? (Please don't say the CL-V2 clamp, because it is for the C200)

A: The same Canon CL-V2 Clamp Base for EVF-V70 will work on the C300 Mk3 as well.

Q: 2. Does the EVF have a standard arri rosette on the side? Can you mount it directly on the Zacuto axis mini?

A: Yes. That product as standard arri rosettes. You can attach this EVF to the Zacuto axis mini.

Q: 3. 1) Can EVF-V70 work with C500? There was a firmware update for C300 for it to work, but I think C500 didn't get that... 2) How about WaveFormMonitor, does this have one?

A: Canon has not released a firmware update for the C500 that will allow this unit to work with it. We are not aware of such an update being planned for the future.

Q: 4. For packing lights, do you recommend the foam or divider panels? Thanks!

A: Pick and pluck foam is not nearly as durable. I started out with a Pelican with the foam, and switched to the dividers when I ordered my next, larger Pelican Air (super happy with this case) and I am much happier.

Q: 5. How much does the handle pocket subtract from the inside depth of the case?

A: 7/8th of an inch in depth. the pocket takes up a rectangle that is 7&3/8s x 21 inches, centered to the top side of the case. the non-retractable handle takes up an additional small space, protruding 1&3/4 x 3&1/2 into the main case. this is on top of the protrusion from the retractable handle.the wheels on the bottom also protrude into the main case, 2 x 2&1/2 cheers.

Q: 6. Are these replaceable rollerblade-type wheels or the very poor hard plastic wheels found on some older Peli cases?

A: This is my first Peli case ... so can't compare/contrast ... but the wheel/bearing assembly appears to be replaceable ... glad to send you a pic of what I am looking at if that is possible here.

Q: 7. Can you fit an Ursa Mini inside?

Q: 8. I can't seem to find a "what's in the box" for this product. Is the video cable included? I'm just concerned about the length of the cable that came with the C300 mk3.

A: The Canon EVF-V70 OLED Viewfinder for C700 (B&H# CAEVFV70) does not include a cable. Q: 9. Does the "false color" function work with the C200? Based on my research so far, it seems the answer is no - it seems like false color needs to be supported by the camera firmware (C700, C500 Mk II, C300 Mk II/III) itself.

A: I would also say the answer is no. According to the Canon website, this EVF is not combatable with the C200.
